1. Only shoes with standard designs by TheBestCovers can be returned. We cannot take back shoes with custom designs due to obvious reasons.
2. Defective shoes must be reported to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
3. Upon receiving your request for a return, TheBestCovers will send you an email either approving or declining your return.
4. Should the reason for a return be the fault of TheBestCovers, we will be responsible for all arrangements for collection, transportation and delivery of your returned parcel as well as your corrected item(s).
5. Should the reason for a return be due to customer error/breach of contract, the customer will be responsible for all collection, transportation and delivery costs of their returned parcel as well as the corrected item(s).
6. Returned items must be sent out in proper and adequate packaging.
7. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after TheBestCovers receives the returned shoes and find them in satisfactory condition.
8. Exchanges will be dispatched within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned shoes
